Wounds affect far more than the skin, they impact a patient's independence, comfort, and quality of life. I believe that with the right care, education, and support, healing is possible. My commitment is to walk alongside each patient through that journey with expertise and compassion."

Joshua Cacho, DPT
Chief Operations Officer
"Wound care works best when the business side removes friction for the clinical side. My job is to build partnerships, systems, and processes that let our clinicians focus on patient outcomes. When referral sources trust us and administration runs smoothly, patients get faster access to the care they need."
Josh Cacho leads business development, operations, and partner relationships for Vertex Wound Specialists. He works directly with home health agencies, SNFs, and referral sources across Southern California to build coordinated wound care programs. Josh manages contract negotiations, payer relationships, and the operational systems that keep referrals moving and documentation flowing back to partner teams. He believes strong communication between Vertex and referring providers is the foundation of successful patient outcomes.
